PhotoFast built the PhotoFast ONE App and PhotoCube AI App (collectively referred to as the “PhotoFast Apps”) as Free apps. These SERVICES are provided by PhotoFast at no cost and are intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Services.

If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at PhotoFast unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name and Email address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Location Information (Including Background Location Access)

The PhotoFast Apps may request access to location information, including foreground location and, where supported by the operating system, background location access (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION).

Location access is required solely to enable core app functionality, such as:

  • Discovering and maintaining connections with nearby devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
  • Supporting wireless backup operations that may continue when the app is not actively displayed on screen.
  • Ensuring stable network communication as required by Android system permission design.

How location data is used

  • Location access may occur while the app is in use (foreground) and temporarily in the background, only when required to support uninterrupted device connectivity or backup tasks initiated by the user.
  • The PhotoFast Apps do not continuously track user location.
  • Location data is not recorded, stored, or retained by PhotoFast.
  • Location data is not transmitted to PhotoFast servers and not shared with any third parties.

Purpose limitation

Location information is used only for app functionality purposes and never for:

  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • Analytics or profiling
  • User tracking

Users may manage or revoke location permissions, including background location access, at any time through their device system settings. Disabling these permissions may limit certain features related to wireless connectivity or background operations.

Third-Party Services

The PhotoFast Apps may use limited third-party services that are necessary for core app functionality. Third-party service providers used by the Apps:

  • Google Play Services

These services may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through system or third-party diagnostic tools) on your device called Log Data.

This Log Data may include:

  • Device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
  • Device name;
  • Operating system version;
  • App configuration;
  • Time and date of use;
  • Other diagnostic statistics.

Cookies

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
