FAQ – Security features

1. While in any category menu (In-App Storage), tap “Edit” at the top right corner, and select file(s) you want to lock.
2. Tap “More” -> “Lock”
Note: Only files stored in “In-App Storage” can be locked.
3. Enter any alphanumeric characters twice to confirm. Extension of locked files will be changed to .locked

1. While in the “In-App Storage” or “Other Files” menu.
2. Tap on the locked file, enter the password to unlock file(s) or folder.

1. Connect the i-FlashDrive to your Apple device, tap “Settings” -> “Data Security”.
2. When App Lock is enabled, user will be asked to enter 4 digit passcode when app is launched.
Note: Tap “Forgot passcode?” to recover passcode via email (data connection required).
