FAQ – Backup & Restore

1. Connect the i-FlashDrive to your Apple device, tap the “Contact Backup” icon to enter the menu.
2. Tap the “Backup” button to start backup, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Backup” when process is complete.
3. The backup files are stored in “External Storage” -> “Backup” folder.

1. Connect the i-FlashDrive to your Apple device, tap the “Contact Backup” icon to enter the menu.
2. Tap the “Restore” button to enter restore options, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Restore” when process is complete.
Note: Current Contacts will be replaced by the i-FlashDrive backup file.

1. Connect the i-FlashDrive to your Apple device, tap the “Calendar Backup” icon to enter the menu.
2. Tap the “Backup” button to start backup, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Backup” when process is complete.
3. The backup files are stored in “External Storage” -> “Backup” folder.

2. Tap the “Restore” button to enter restore options, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Restore” when process is complete.
Note: Current Calendar will be replaced by the i-FlashDrive backup file.

1. Connect the i-FlashDrive to your Apple device, tap the “Photo Backup” icon to enter the menu.
2. Tap the “Backup” button to start backup, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Backup” when process is complete.
3. The backup files are stored in “External Storage” -> “Backup” folder.
Note: Backup & charge your device at the same time by connect i-FlashDrive to iOS device first, then the USB side to a charger.

2. Tap the “Restore” button to enter restore options, the time stamp will be displayed in “Previous Restore” when process is complete.
Note: Backup & charge your device at the same time by connecting i-FlashDrive to iOS device first, then the USB side to a charger.

1. Tap the “Settings” icon from app home screen.
2. Select the items to be automatically backup when i-FlashDrive is connected to iOS device.

1. Yes, tap on the “X” button to cancel the backup process.
Note: The app will pick up from where you left off next time you tap “Backup” (for Photo Backup only).
